TIME & PLACE: September’s monthly luncheon membership meeting

11600 NW Lakeshore Avenue from 11:45 to 1:00.

SPEAKER: Carrie VanZant, Clinic Manager of Seamar Family Physician
Medical Clinic in Hazel Dell.  This is part of the Commnity
Health Plan of Washington (CHPW).  They provide quality healthcare
for lower income workers and families throughout Washington State
through a network of community health centers and affiliated providers.

CATERER: This month’s lunch will be provided by
Applebee’s Salmon Creek and will be $8.50.  Members are reminded
